
3rd quarter sports is officially underway as the ISA Tennis League kicked off Thursday afternoon.
At the JFK courts, the Islanders took care of the Okkodo Bulldogs 32-9 in the boys division and 32-1 in the girls division.
Rachel and Leah San Agustin were the top two singles for JFK’s girls squad as both pulled off 8-0 sweeps in their matches to guide the Islands.
In other matches: GW boys def Southern 27-19 and GW girls def Southern 32-6;
The Guam Adventist Academy boys took care of the Tiyan Titans as #1 seed Wyatt Oh and #2 seed Joshua Jung blanked their opponents 8-0.
Defending girls champion Charlotte Oh also pitched an 8-0 shutout. GAA girls were leading 10-8 with the doubles postponed due to illness of players.
