In celebrating the Chamorro Heritage Month, Guam’s deep-sea specialist took over Umatac with the 2015 Spearfishing Competition.

Taking first place in total fish was the tandem of Chris DeBeer and Peter Green with 24 fish! The biggest catch of the day went to Todd Genereux and Monique Genereux, hauling in a 30.20lb Tanguisson!

Scoring: Qualifying catch will receive 10 points for the catch plus the weight of the catch.

Minimum weight: .66lbs
Maximum weight: 10.0lbs
Maximum fish per eligible species: 4 pieces
