Guam struggles against Oceania powerhouses.

Like many other sports, Guam can’t match up to the Oceania powerhouses of Australia and New Zealand.

Baseball is no different as our U18 team has had a rough outing in the three-team U18 Oceania Baseball Championships this weekend in New Zealand.

The winner advances to the U18 World Baseball Cup in Japan later this year. Guam finished 0-6 against the two countries.

With a technical glitch during the tournament opener, the Guam boys had to sing the Fanohge Chamoru a copella.
