The Sanchez Sharks had their baseball title streak snapped in 2013 by the now defending champion Southern Dolphins. Thursday evening, the Sharks were able to offer a little payback with a 4-2 win over the Dolphins at the Okkodo field in Dededo.

Southern’s Nathan Sablan was the first to break the scoreless ride in the second inning, but the Sharks defense settled in throughout the course of the game led by pitcher Trey Leon Guerrero and short stop Julian Flores after holding the Dolphins scoreless through three straight innings.

The Sharks found their offense early on and managed to play mistake free baseball to pick up the win as teams are finally starting to hit the field with clearer skies after a series of game cancellations in the first two weeks of the baseball season.

Other Scores
