TRAE TO HOLD BASEBALL CLINICS

PRESS RELEASE – Trae Santos a professional minor league baseball player with the San Diego Padres is on Guam and will conduct various baseball related activities, training, lecturing, and counseling to Guam’s young baseball players that have dreams of playing baseball in college and beyond.

There is no cost to the player participants to attend the hitting instruction, however, donations are welcome. Donations received through Trae’s efforts will go to the *Pancreatic Cancer Action Network in memory of his brother Tim Santos, Jr.

Tuesday, September 24 & Thursday September 26. 6:30 pm

High school age player baseball hitting instruction and advice on playing college sports.

Location: Strike Zone Batting Cages

Tuesday, October 1, Wednesday October 2 & Thursday October 3. 6:30 pm

Middle School age player baseball hitting instruction and advice on playing college sports.

Location: Strike Zone Batting Cages

Saturday, October 5, 3:00 pm – Leo Palace Baseball Stadium

Hitting Instruction for players in the 2013 Fall Guam Amateur Baseball League

Come join and learn some tips from Trae on hitting mechanics, mental concentration & pitch selection.

Tuesday, October 8, Wednesday October 9 & Thursday October 10. 6:30 pm

Open to all baseball players – baseball hitting instruction and advice on playing college sports.

Location: Strike Zone Batting Cages

Saturday, October 12, 3:00 pm – Leo Palace Baseball Stadium

Position Play– learn glove and foot work mechanics, drills routines for first basemen position.

Ashley Samaniego and the UCLA Bruins made it to the NCAA Women’s Final Four, before losing to eventual champions UConn.
The 2007 Simon Sanchez graduate is in his first year with the Bruins women’s basketball team as the Director of Athletic Performance. This after years at California State University, Northridge in the same capacity.
Coach Ash must be bringing some goodness to the Bruins as UCLA is currently ranked #1 in the country and earned its first No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament in program history.
